the ads are disgusting! ...is it just me? or are the ads next to a video gross? this site is so beautiful... they just seem out of place.Â

Lately, I just ignore adds. Some of the older ones delayed me from even joining the blogs community and loitering on the site. Now, I primarily just use this site for the blogs. Since, I don't see many adds on it. Adds on the other sections are sometime blank.
The flirt4free ones have been popping up and loading in the back of the site, draining and slowing down the site. But, noticed eventually and I did watch them more than once. And got a membership with them. Yes, I have tipped a few of their models. I love Russian men even if their straight or trans. So, I'm more than satisfied.
So, previously being a bit loyal, I thought about them and click to these sponsors. I do it now and then just to help out. It takes a lot to disgust me in adult porn... except the illegal stuff. So, far no issues lately. The newer adds aren't too bad. On my walls, I report, and delete them off. If something with children or young teens shows up, they get blocked.
I know I've blocked a few people accidentally, but I don't know where the my list of blocked members is, otherwise I'd review them.
It is now even worse! People are posting images on walls that include freaking adverts!!! Well, I can tell you, it is MY wall and images posted WITH adverts on MY wall will be deleted forthwith!!! I am a purist. I am here for friendships and porn, in that order. I realize they help pay the bills, but I, for one, would be willing to pay a reasonable fee for being able to have as much fun as I have been having on GBT, which I consider the best hangout for Gay guys on the whole dang Internet! With all that said, I also use AdBlock Ultimate, which is as effective as claimed. I wouldn't use any site without it, nowadays. Hugzzz to one and all~Harry
I am the same as tylerjock in that I also use AdblockerPlus so I don't have to put up with ANY of the ads that run on this site or any other site because I leave it working all the time my computer is swiched on. It cuts out about 99.9%. The only ad that is still a problem for me is F4FÂ

I use AdBlockPlus so when I'm here or any other site, I dont have to put up with ads........works great on Youtube also
I must say, They could pop up like 5 at a time like some sites. I for one am not bothered by the ads. Yhis is just my opinion.
