when I was a teenager, way back in the other millennium, my friends and I never worked out. Neither did most teens. fitness wasn't anything we talked about back then (60's/70's). but many of today's boys take their appearance and health seriously and are so wonderfully toned. You don't need a 6 pac to turn me on, but I won't complain if you have one:)
