Jean Frédéric Bazille (1841 – 1870) was a French Impressionist painter.  Many of Bazille's major works are examples of figure painting in which he placed the subject figure within a landscape painted en plein air i.e. the act of painting outdoors. This work dates from 1870.

I was on Ebay saw a bust statue of his white tiger ranger for $25,000,00 like WTF? I know he gone but do people really have to use it for there advantages over him? -_- it just makes me very upsetting to see....
