So are we anywhere closer to understanding what Mother's Day is about? No, and we never will. Mother's are made for making milk and feeding children without any strings attached, yet every single human on the planet is compelled to do exactly what the Bible says is a sin. Coveting thy neighbor. Unless you were born by way of C Section, then you coveted your Mother on the day you were born. Period. It only takes one time and you're a motherfucker for life, and when I say life I mean life because you will go to your grave honoring your first fuck every year on Mother's Day. It's a crock. If anyone had the balls to ask their Mother how good they were on the day they were born, and with a high brow, "Did you get off?" perhaps the reality of what a Mother actually is would sober up this entire drunken affair. They say that you only get one Mother, the Mother that you are born with, but I have three. Three Mother's all of whom have to be entertained, fed, and treated like Royalty. Although they are all dead now, every year I am reminded of how much appreciation I should feel for what? Where is Son's Day Anyway? It takes two to tango, so don't be afraid to slap you're Mother across the face when she tells you she didn't get off when you were born. They all do whether they admit it or not.
I always have to laugh at myself when people ask me how it went when I came out to my parents. Most guys that I know had this big production about coming out to their family members. Mine was more of a set of events that happened that led to my parents coming to me.
It started the summer that I turned 14. I was with a friend of mine one day and we were out clothes shopping for the new school year that was about a month away yet. While we were shopping for shirts and jeans and stuff I had made my way over to the socks and underwear. I am a freak with socks. I don't like wearing socks and shoes much anyhow. After they have been through the wash a dozen times or so, they are done.
While I was picking out the new socks I noticed that the store also sold thong type underwear. I started to wear them the next day so I could get used to them before school started. Didn't hear about it at all after that until about a week later when The Day came. I was up in my bedroom sitting at my desk in just a pair of my boxer briefs doing my homework when my dad knocked on the door. When I said that he could come in, he sat on the edge of my bed that faced my desk and said "can I ask you a stupid question". I was like OMG what is he doing? But I said yea. Then he asked "are you gay?"
I knew my parents didn't have an issue with gay people, but I was still freaking out, and I was sitting there in my underwear. I very cautiously said yea. Then he was like "OK, we have that out in the open now." Apparently they had suspected I was gay since I was 12 and the whole thong wearing incident with mom pushed it over the edge. Their thing was gay boys wear thongs, straight boys don't.
Fortunately he didn't ask about my sexual activity to that point. I may have been embarrassed at that moment, but that question would have made me throw up. lol. And that was my coming out.
How old do you all think the producers and directors were who made gay porn in the 1970's or early 1980's such as this?
